He has been with Dell since 1999 in broad range of global positions that have given him access to software, hardware and networking issues. Bruce has had a diverse career (dairy farmer, PR guy, chef, student of social media, bike messenger, nuclear plant technician, firefighter, freelance writer) that has enabled him to travel the world and live and work in Chicago, Singapore and now Austin, Texas.
